Modules
Six weeks, one artifact each week
Week 1 — Scope the monitoring universe
Inventory products, channels, and alert types; define what is in and out of the audit sample frame.
Week 2 — Threshold chronology
Rebuild the story of rule edits, temporary overrides, and approval trails using our chronology sheet.
Week 3 — Sampling that matches risk
Strata design for corridors and channels; avoid the “random 25” habit that misses concentrated risk.
Week 4 — Alert logic challenge
Walk through false-positive drivers and tune documentation so logic changes are explainable later.
Week 5 — Findings and management response
Draft findings with severity criteria and draft management responses that commit to measurable fixes.
Week 6 — Mock panel & board language
Present to a peer second-line panel; refine slides and spoken answers for directors.

Who facilitates the Lab
Eunji Han
Former second-line monitoring reviewer for a Korea-licensed payments firm, Eunji has led fieldwork preparation for remittance and wallet audits since 2016. She designs Dataanalyticscloud scenario packs and runs the mock panels.

Before you enroll
Do I need a specific monitoring vendor?
No. Exercises use vendor-neutral screenshots and CSV extracts. You adapt patterns to your platform.
Is this legal advice or a certified audit?
Neither. It is professional training. Your firm remains responsible for regulatory obligations and formal audit opinions.
What is a real limitation of the Lab?
We do not ingest your production data or configure live rules. If you need system-side tuning, you will still need your technology partners. The Lab improves documentation and challenge quality around whatever system you already run.
Language of instruction?
English materials and facilitation, with Korean examples and supervisory references where relevant.
